Ride on Car Repairs
Repair Warranty
This Ride on Car/Bike/Bumper Repair Warranty ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Little Rex Pty Ltd. (ABN: 46 689 457 074) ("Service Provider") and the undersigned owner of the Ride on Car ("Owner").
WHEREAS, the Owner has engaged Little Rex for repairs and maintenance services for the Ride on Car/Bike/Bumper; and
WHEREAS, Little Rex agrees to provide a warranty for the services performed under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Owner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
001. WARRANTY COVERAGE
The Owner acknowledges that Little Rex warrants all repairs and maintenance completed by Little Rex on the Ride on Car/Bike/Bumper for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of service completion ("Warranty Period"). This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials used in the Ride on Car/Bike/Bumper service and repair.
002. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The Owner acknowledges that this warranty does not cover: Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation of the Ride on Car/Bike/Bumper. Normal wear and tear. Damage resulting from unauthorised modifications, repairs, or services performed by parties other than Little Rex. Damage due to accidents, collisions, or exposure to extreme weather conditions. Batteries that have been overcharged, undercharged, improperly stored, or used with incompatible chargers.
003. WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCESS
The Owner agrees to use the bellow claim form, within the Warranty Period to initiate a warranty claim. The Owner must provide proof of service (e.g., service invoice or receipt) and a detailed description of the issue. Little Rex will evaluate the claim and, at its sole discretion, repair or re-perform the defective service. The Owner may be required to return the Ride on Car/Bike/Bumper to Little Rex at the Owner’s expense, unless otherwise instructed.
004. REPAIR OR RE-PERFORMANCE
The Owner acknowledges that Little Rex will complete warranty repairs or re-perform services within a reasonable time frame, typically within 30 days of receiving the Ride on Car/Bike/Bumper, subject to part availability. Any repaired or re-performed services are warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.
005. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The Owner understands that Little Rex liability is limited to the repair or re-performance of the defective service. Little Rex is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of use, property damage, or personal injury arising from the use of the Ride on Car/Bike/Bumper. This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
006. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
By engaging the services of Little Rex Pty Ltd. (ABN: 46 689 457 074) through the submission of a repair request or payment for services, the owner acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Little Rex Repair warranty, as provided online at www.LittleRex.com.au/repairs/repair-warranty
