Repair Agreement
This Ride on Toy Repair Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Little Rex Pty Ltd. (ABN: 46 689 457 074) ("Service Provider") and the you, the owner of the ride on toy ("Owner").
WHEREAS, the Owner seeks to engage Little Rex for Ride on Toy repairs and maintenance for their toy described herein; and
WHEREAS, Little Rex agrees to provide such services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Owner acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
001. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
The Owner acknowledges that the toy will be stored in a secure facility maintained by Little Rex. While Little Rex implements reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the equipment, the Owner understands that certain risks, including but not limited to fire, theft, or other unforeseen events, cannot be entirely eliminated. The Owner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate insurance coverage through a third-party insurer for the toy, should they have concerns regarding potential risks.
002. PAYMENT OF COSTS
The Owner agrees to pay the invoiced amount as quoted by Little Rex for the repairs and maintenance services provided. Payment shall be made in accordance with the payment terms specified in the invoice and prior to the return of the Ride on Toy.
003. REPAIR QUOTATIONS
The Owner acknowledges that Little Rex will provide a detailed quotation for any repairs requiring parts or services beyond the scope of the original estimate. Little Rex will not proceed with such additional repairs until the Owner provides written approval. The Owner understands that delays in providing approval may extend the time required to complete the repairs and return the ride on toy.
004. DELIVERY AND RESPONSIBILITY
The Owner confirms that the toy was delivered to Little Rex in full and agrees to remain responsible for the equipment until the completion of the repair or restoration services, as applicable.
005. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Owner acknowledges that Little Rex is not endorsed or authorised by any toy manufacturer. Any repairs or restoration or repair services performed by Little Rex may void existing warranties provided by the manufacturer. Little Rex shall not be held liable for any loss of warranty coverage resulting from the services provided under this Agreement.
006. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
By engaging the services of Little Rex Pty Ltd. (ABN: 46 689 457 074) through the submission of a repair request or payment for services, the owner acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Little Rex Repair Agreement, as provided in the associated contract documents and online at www.LittleRex.com.au/repairs/repairs-agreement
